Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Martin Cougar D3-950 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Leeson products, including obsoleted and phased-out Leeson parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Flender product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Leeson such as the C145T11FC2F spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the C143T17FB13F manufactured by Leeson and we are pleased to be able to service most Leeson systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature CA10M1B2P52N by Manufacturer Flender as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Baldor Brand CD5375 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Sumitomo such as CNFXS6125Y13 equipment made by Sumitomo have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Sumitomo products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Sumitomo" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available CSSTF1805615 made by Gator as well as the popular CDE40HPICD original spares produced by Control-Techniques

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the BSM6F675CMOD by Baldor and CNFXS6125Y13 spares by Sumitomo are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
